This Voucher is valid for two people for 24 months from the day of purchase unless stated otherwise, but for security reasons cannot be redeemed within 72 hours of purchase. 

The Voucher can be redeemed at the hotel(s) and/or spa(s) shown. 

The Voucher may not be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable.

Each Voucher must be redeemed in full and no change will be given. 

On the day of your booking, please bring your Gift Voucher with you and present it on arrival to one of our team members that you wish to use it for payment.

Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability. Some hotels may require a minimum two night length of stay for residential Vouchers. 

Cancellation of a booking has to be made before 12noon on the day of arrival or we will render the Voucher null & void.
