Wi-Fi access
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. To connect, select the ‘Hand Picked’ network, then open your browser and enter your email address to gain access. Should you experience any issues, our Reception team will be happy to assist you.
Digital Press & Newspapers
Enjoy complimentary access to a curated collection of digital newspapers and magazines throughout your stay. Simply connect to the hotel Wi-Fi and click here to browse titles at your leisure.
Housekeeping
Your room is serviced daily, but if you would rather not be disturbed please let us know by using the 'Do not disturb' sign on your door or by contacting reception.
Towels & Sustainability
In line with our commitment to more sustainable practices, towels are refreshed every other day. If you would like them changed sooner, simply place them in the bath and our housekeeping team will be pleased to replace them.
Dry cleaning & laundry
Dry cleaning is available on request. Please speak to Reception who will ensure your items are collected and returned promptly.
Check out time
Check out is by 11.00am. Should you wish to arrange a later departure, please speak with Reception, and will do our utmost to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

A selection of reservation times should have been arranged prior to your arrival, but in the event they have not, please contact one of the team.

Accessibility
Hearing impairment - Vibrating pillows (Deafgard) are available upon request at Reception.
Visual impairment - magnifiers are available at Reception.
Mobility – An accessible public bathroom is located on the ground floor. Additionally, we have two bedrooms with accessible bathrooms. We also can provide a hotel wheelchair, subject to availability. A building map, including the locations of emergency exits, can be found on the back of your bedroom door or obtained from Reception
