TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The winner will receive a voucher for an overnight stay which can be redeemed at selected Hand Picked Hotels for a limited time, subject to availability.
- The winner will receive a luxury bouquet from Appleyard London which will be delivered to the address provided within your competition entry.
- Please be aware that Appleyeard London are unable to deliver to certain locations in the UK, details can be found here.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted and entrants must be aged 18 or over.
- There are no cash alternatives: the prize must be accepted as offered, is non-transferable and subject to availability. Hand Picked Hotels reserves the right to substitute a prize or part thereof with a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances and/or withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- The prize draw will take place on the following date: 9th April 2019. The winner will be drawn at random from the qualifying entries received. The selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Hand Picked Hotels cannot accept any liability for any entries which are late, lost or incomplete.
- The winner of the draw will be notified within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days or is not available, The winner agrees to participate in any and all advertising, promotion or other commercial activities relating to the prize draw and consents and agrees that their photograph, image, likeness and voice may be used by in all related promotional activity without any rights of prior approval or inspection.
- Employees of Hand Picked Hotels, their families, dependants and agents and any other person connected with the competition may not enter.
- Hand Picked Hotels reserves the right to refuse to accept any entry and/or to select a winning entry at absolute discretion.
