What is more, we also conducted focus group research to find out what food people really want from business events. As a result there are three options. With our Classic package you can choose from either a hot and cold finger buffet, offering skewered kebabs, wraps, mini burgers and a selection of salads, or a networking lunch, including a selection of pies, moussaka, mini fish cakes and salads. Both come with a choice of desserts. 

Alternatively our Executive package allows your delegates to have an interactive and flexible experience with either a two-course plated lunch – great if you wish to upgrade to a private dining room, or a hot and cold deli option, with freshly cooked meat, fish and a vegetarian dish accompanied by a variety of breads, salads and fillings.
 
If you are looking for something less formal and you have limited time, our Essential package is spot on offering the choice of soup, an assortment of freshly baked continental breads and wraps with a variety of fillings as well as a fresh fruit platter.
