Kiwi, Lime & Mint

Homage to the classic Mojito. Tropical kiwis and zesty limes with a hint of mint

What you will need:

  • Southern Comfort 
  • Gordon's Gin 
  • Menthol Liqueur
  • Fever Tree’s Aromatic Tonic
  • 1 Kiwi 
  • 1 Lime
  • A handful of fresh mint
  • Plenty of Ice tall glass to serve!

Method:

1. Add ice into a glass and into the cocktail shaker

2. Into the cocktail shaker add Southern Comfort, Gordon’s Gin and menthol liqueur

3. Shake it until well combined

4. Pour over ice 

5. Add Fever Tree’s Aromatic Tonic until it fills the glass 

6. Finish with garnishes of mint sprigs, slices of kiwi and slices of lime

7. Add a straw and enjoy!

 

Lemon G&T

For a tang with a twist, use Fever Tree’s Mediterranean tonic to excite the palette

What you will need: 

  • Wine or Gin glass
  • Fever Tree Elderflower tonic
  • Warner Rhubarb Gin
  • 1 lemon
  • Plenty of ice 

Method:

1. Start with adding ice to the glass

2. Add a shot (or two) of Warner's Rhubarb Gin and add lemon juice 

3. Add Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic to fill the glass

4. Garnish the drink with lemon wedges

5. Add a straw and enjoy
