Ariel Bouzas – Divisional Managing Director, Events

With over a decade in senior leadership roles, Ariel’s experience includes five years at Belmond, where he most recently held the role of Vice President, Global Operations.

 

 

 

Julian Tomlin – Divisional Managing Director, Luxury (and Interim Divisional Managing Director, Channel Islands)

Julian joined HPH from Macdonald Hotels and Resorts, where he held the position of Regional Managing Director. Prior to this, Julian spent almost 20 years at the Exclusive Collection, where he most recently held the role of Group Operations Director and General Manager of a five red star property.

 

 

Paul Stevens – Chief Financial Officer

Paul leads all finance activity as well as Procurement and Technology. He has over 30 years of experience in Finance roles across consumer and professional services businesses including Currys, Superdry and Fitness First. He was most recently Chief Financial Officer at Ted Baker.

 

 

Deborah Seymour – Chief People Officer

Deb has a background in Hotel Management including at Swallow Hotels and has worked for Hand Picked Hotels for 25 years.  Deb has led the People function since 2010 and is accountable for all areas of people activity to support our Hotels, including Talent acquisition, Learning and Development, People Operations and People Business Partnering.  

 

 

Rachel Rowland – Chief of Staff and Transformation Officer

Rachel has 17 years’ experience in the definition and delivery of transformation in consumer facing businesses. Prior to her current role, Rachel held leadership positions at Marks and Spencer and Currys and started her career in the Consulting team at EY.
