Welcome to the Georgian Restaurant here at Wood Hall Hotel and Spa. Located in this magnificent countryside with stunning views over the river Wharfe and the valley it seems only right that I use this as the inspiration for my menus.
Using only both local and seasonal ingredients, I aim to create truly mouth watering dishes. Sourcing lamb from the nearby Yorkshire Moors and beef from local farms you could say my menu is definitely British, sometimes classical, sometimes modern, but always simple combinations of flavours cooked with care and attention.
