Local handmade free range pork sausage, smoked back bacon, grilled tomato, field mushrooms, hash browns, Oakwell black pudding, Heinz baked beans, served with two eggs cooked as you prefer. Vegetarian sausages and bacon are available on request

Classic eggs Benedict ~ Cured ham carved over English poached eggs with Hollandaise sauce and toasted muffin

Two mini Belgian waffles served with organic maple syrup and freeze dried cherries

Three Scotch pancakes served with maple syrup or our homemade jam

A English egg omelette served plain, or with either smoked salmon, tomato, bacon, mushrooms, cheese

Nutfield home smoked organic English salmon, carved over a toasted English muffin with two lightly poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce

Nutfield home smoked haddock, poached in milk and served with either scrambled or poached eggs

Jumbo porridge oats freshly made with milk, water or cream served with honey, maple syrup or homemade jam
