We aim to provide our members and guests with a friendly and personal journey from the moment they arrive, leave and return. From our receptionists to our fitness consultants we are here to help you achieve your goals. Here is an overview of the facilities available at Nutfield Priory Health Club & Spa.

Enjoy the following facilities:

• Gym Suite - the Gym Suite is airconditioned and fitted with the very latest TechnoGym equipment, which is modern, reliable and easy to use. Our cardio machines come complete with built in television screens and towels are available free of charge to all our members.
• Functional Training Zone- a new addition to the Club, we are pleased to offer our members the Functional Training Zone - here you will find TechoGym resistance machines and free weights.
• Swimming pool - our intimate and tranquil 13 metre pool is the perfect place for a few power lengths or a gentle dip, at 30 degrees the water is a comfortable temperature. Surrounded by loungers and with french doors leading onto our garden terrace, this area is the perfect place to chillax after your workout. • Swimming lessons - lessons are available to members at an extra cost, for details please call Kate Endsleigh on: T 01737 241104
• Sauna, steam room and spa pool - on pool side you will find our eucalyptus scented steam room, sauna spa pool
• Exercise Classes - with over 50 classes per week to choose from our members are spoilt for choice. From yoga, pilates and line dancing to spinning, latino aerobics and hard core circuits we are confident in providing you with the right classes at the right times.
  
• Squash Courts - we have two squash courts on site at Nutfield Priory Health Club. They are free to use for all members and with raquets and balls for you to use at no extra cost there really is no excuse not to have a go! If you are a keen squash player we offer 10 leagues to compete in, private lessons with our coach Phil Nightingale and a squash club night every Tuesday from 7pm onwards which gets everyone together for friendly matches and a social.
• Changing rooms - recently refurbished male and female changing facilities are available, complete with rain head showers, high power hairdryers and lockers.
• Health & Beauty Spa - from indulgent face, body and day spa experiences to simple services like manicures and waxing, there is something for everyone. The Spa is a calming space for both men and women to relax and escape the pressures of everyday life. All members of the Health Club receive 20% discount off spa treatments Mon-Thurs and 10% discount Fri-Sun.
