We pride ourselves in offering our members the very best exercise classes, taught by proffessional instructors and delivered with your fitness, safety and enjoyment in mind. Wether you are a complete beginner or a class-aholic there is something on our timetable for you.
Use the colour codes and key at the bottom of the page to choose the intensity you require - if you have any questions about which classes are right for you just call the Club or ask a member of the team on your next visit.
And remember, all of our exercise classes are included within your membership package, so there is no limit to the amount you can do!
How to book/cancel a class
Classes can be booked up to six days in advance, we strongly reccomend reserving your space prior to the class to avoid disapointment.
Simply book at reception on your next visit or call the Club reception on:

If you cannot make a class you have booked, please call to let us know as we may be able to release your place to a fellow member on the reserved list.
