3 month member fitness journey

On the three month journey you will be assigned a personal trainer who will work with you to create a three step personal fitness programme lasting three months that is guaranteed to get you fighting fit whatever your personal health and fitness goals.

 
50/50

50/50 is an energizing workout giving you half an hour of Body Step & Half an hour of Body Attack.

 
Aqua

Aqua is based in the pool. An all over toning/cardio class in water. Good for all ages.

 
Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga and a great way to develop strength and flexibility.

 
Body Balance

Body Balance combines the best of eastern disciplines, like Yoga and Tai Chi, with popular new methods such as Pilates.

 
Body Combat

Body Combat is a mixed martial arts aerobics class and combines disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo and Muay Thai. This class burns a total of 600 calories for superior cardio fitness.

 
Body Pump

Body Pump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.

 
Boxing Fitness

Boxing Fitness gives you the chance to train like a fighter and hit the pads – ideal for relieving stress!

 
Fab Abs

Fab Abs is a short class designed to work your core. Learn new abs techniques and rip your stomach into shape.

 
Legs, Bums & Tums

Legs, Bums & Tums is a low impact toning class targeting those areas using a range of equipment including free weights, swiss balls & dyna bands.

 
Mission: Impossible

Mission: Impossible is a high intensity based circuit class – not for the faint hearted!

 
Personal Training at our Health Club

Our onsite personal trainers are NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine Level 3) qualified and we offer a flexible approach. Your personal training sessions will be individually tailored to best suit your needs, goals and time constraints.

 
Pilates

Pilates is a class that seeks to increase strength, flexibility and control of the body. We have different levels for all.

 
Running Club

Running is the perfect class for all levels who just want to improve fitness or are training for a race. This class will be outside so please bring appropriate clothing.

 
Spin

Spin is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music and burn over 500 calories per class.

 
Spin & Abs

Spin & Abs is a great class to enjoy spin as well as working on your abs!

 
Zumba

Zumba is the new latino/american dance craze that everybody loves! Classes will start from Monday 1st August 2011!
