The Grill Restaurant in Jersey benefits from a modern and stylish décor creating an atmosphere of elegance and luxury in which to enjoy excellent cuisine. We have developed a reputation both locally and with visitors to the island on serving fresh, locally caught seafood that is prepared in a careful and inventive way. Following the Hand Picked Hotels philosophy, our Executive Chef, Richard Yearnshire, aims to continue to push forward modern French-British Menus with a focus on fresh produce lovingly prepared and served with charm.

The Grill is open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday.

A welcome from our Executive Chef, Richard Yearnshire

My Aim as Executive chef is to stick to culinary logic however I like modernising the execution and sometimes introducing some unexpected, but carefully considered, and exciting flavour combinations. At L’Horizon we go to great lengths to select the very best ingredients and, where possible, local Jersey produce which all form the foundation of my food. My defiant passion for food harmonises the synergy between foods, wines and the marriage of flavours, which has allowed me to create something quite unique.
