Exclusive Use Events at L'Horizon

Have you ever thought of holding a special event at a hotel?  Maybe a Special Birthday Party, Anniversary, Wedding, Blessing or even a Conference.  An event where you are the sole focus of the day?  Why not consider having exclusive use of L'Horizon then? 

With Exclusive Use you get the following benefits:

• You and your guests will be the only people in the hotel for the period*
• You have full use of all of our public areas including the lobby, bar and restaurants
• You will have from 60 up to 106 luxurious bedrooms available for you and your guests 

The price

The price of Exclusive Use is from £5,000 per exclusive period (normally 3pm to 11am the following day).  Included in the price is 60 bedrooms and hire of the public areas of the hotel*.  The meal is entirely up to you at an extra cost, you can choose from a buffet menu or a gourmet menu, or perhaps you would like a Murder Mystery?  More bedrooms can be added to the package, price available upon request.

• Exclusive use is subject to availability from November to March
• Exclusive use is only available if a dinner is included in the event
• * Exclusive use does not include exclusive use of the Spa although guests are free to avail of the Spa facilities during their stay with us.
• A minimum of 60 guests must dine with us to avail of Exclusive Use
