Forget wine-pairing – be bold and why not give gin-pairing a go? Our Chef has teamed up with the fabulous chaps at Warner’s Distillery to create a unique 5 course gin paired dinner menu for a truly epicurean experience.

Arrive at 7pm for a pre-dinner welcome drink. This exclusive dining event will be hosted with Warner’s presenting each gins, within our beautifully historic Salvin suite.

As Warner’s say "Real gin has the countryside in" and now with this one off experience you can taste the authentic flavours of this well-known local B Corp business in hand with the fresh and exciting 2 rosette dishes of Fawsley Hall in the picturesque Northamptonshire countryside.
