- For the following dates you are able to select ALL 4 additional items: Sunday in January or February.
- For the following dates you are able to select 3 additional items: Friday in January or February or Sunday's in March.
- For the following dates you are able to select 2 additional items; Friday's in March.
- For the following dates you are able to select 1 additional item: Saturday's in January
