This two night stay offers a relaxing break with the opportunity to get behind the scenes of Cheddar's world famous cheese making process.
Your personal Chauffeur will transport you in an Executive car to nearby Cheddar Gorge Cheese Company where you will watch cheesemakers in action and the art of maturing and grading cheese is explained, followed by a cheese tasting session of award-winning traditional Cheddars. Each visitor is given a 190g wedge of cheese and cheese straws to take away.
On the first evening of your stay, dine in the beautiful Cloisters restaurant where a seasonal 3-course dinner will be served.
