January 2012 saw the re-opening of the traditional Ballroom at award-winning Norton House Hotel & Spa, a Victorian country house in Ingliston, Edinburgh. Meetings, event or conference bookers will now benefit from points that can be redeemed for high street shopping vouchers. Points are obtained by signing up for the Hand Picked loyalty scheme, The Club, and being awarded Associate membership, which specifically rewards bookers. Associate members receive one point for every £15 of business booked, with rewards starting from only 25 points for afternoon tea.
