Head Chef: Nick Orr
Nick joined Ettington Park Hotel in November 2013. He arrived from The Manor at Moreton with an impressive CV from other 2 AA Rosette establishments.
Nick says: "Nature seasonally gives us some wonderful flavours and textures. I have a passion for taking the freshest produce and making guests smile when the plates are presented at their table."
He learnt his culinary skills locally at Stratford College and then honed his skills at various establishments in the Cotswolds and Warwickshire.
"My aim is to build on our reputation by creating menus which will surpass my diners expectations. My new menu’s will incorporate some different tastes and twists which I hope people will come, try and enjoy."
