At The Oak Room Restaurant we offer mouth wateringly good food served in the grand surroundings of this magnificent country house. The old dining hall of Ettington Park Hotel creates a special atmosphere in which to enjoy a fine dining experience to mark a special occasion or just for the pleasure of it. Here you will find great food and a fantastic wine list.

From time to time we open our South Room or Library as a second restaurant experience.The South Room with its ancient fireplace,wood panelling ceiling,luxurious curtains it makes for a great evening. The Library a stunning room with beautiful wood panelling and an ornate ceiling makes an excellent venue for any event.  Same menu, same chef, same seemless service.

A welcome from the Chef

Head Chef: Gary Lissemore

I have a passion for creating modern British cuisine to the highest of standards. Having learnt my culinary skills at establishments such as Champneys and New Hall in Sutton Coldfield, now a member of the Hand Picked collection, I am delighted to offer guests at Ettington Park my interpretation of modern British cuisine. Part of British culture is to travel and bring back those things that we like. Prior to joining Ettington Park I spent 12 months as Head Chef at one of Tanzania's most luxurious Safari Lodges and guests will see the influence of game and wild produce coming out in my dishes. In today’s day and age I am also keen to use the best seasonal local produce wherever possible and a superb range of many of these products can be sampled on our Gourmet Tasting Menu.
