Membership of The Club is completely free, simply complete the online application form and once enrolled you will be eligible to enjoy a range of additional customer benefits.
Preferential treatment
Once enrolled, you will be entitled to preferential treatment at all of our hotels as well as a host of attractive benefits. You’ll also be given 15 points to start you off, and if you accumulate 400 points within a 12-month period you will be upgraded to Gold Membership, which offers even more services and privileges. Your member privileges include:

Earning and redeeming points
You can then redeem points for luxury gifts including dinner or overnight breaks at a Hand Picked Hotel, Fortnum and Mason luxury hampers, a case of wine or Champagne and luxury gifts from Espa and Links of London. Depending on your membership, you will earn your points at the following rates:
- Silver Standard member – 1 point / £8 spent
- Gold member – 1 point / £6 spent
- Associate member – 1 point / £15 spent

The Club points soon add up and we’ll send you regular updates so that you know exactly how many you have and can start planning how to spend them. You won’t have to wait long, gifts start at just 70 120 points and you can enjoy a candle-lit dinner for two for just 120 points.
