Health Club Membership - January and February 2020 Terms and Conditions - Free Overnight Stay Voucher
- The Free Overnight Stay Voucher will be issued to members who joined between the 26th of December 2019 and the 29th February 2020 (inclusive)
- The Free Overnight Stay Voucher is valid for an overnight bed and breakfast stay for up to 2 persons, Sunday to Friday in a Classic Double or Twin bedroom only and excludes Saturday nights
- Qualifying joiners/members will receive The Free Overnight Stay Voucher direct from their Health Club.
- Free Overnight Stay Vouchers will be issued by the 30th April 2020 (for January 2020 joiners – 26th Dec to 31st Jan) and the 31st May 2020 (For Feb 2020 joiners - 1st to 29th Feb)
- Qualifying joiners/members must have been a member on a direct debit or annual membership for a minimum of 3 months to be eligible for The Free Overnight Stay Voucher
- Qualifying joiners/members must be adults - 18 and over and be current members at the time of the vouchers being issued.
- One Free Overnight Stay Voucher will be issued per joint membership
- Free Overnight Stay Vouchers are not available on the purchase of short term memberships (e.g. up to 6 months)
- Redemption of The Free Overnight Stay Voucher is subject to availability at time of booking
- To be eligible for The Free Overnight Stay Voucher - member must not be in arrears
- The Free Overnight Stay Voucher cannot be transferred to another person or redeemed in cash – non transferable
- The Free Overnight Stay Voucher may not be used by cancelled members. Members who opt to cancel their membership are required to complete their stay before their membership lapses after which the voucher is void
- The Free Overnight Stay Voucher will be valid for members until 30th November 2020 – as detailed on the voucher
- The Free Overnight Stay Voucher may be redeemed at any Hand Picked Hotel between the 1st July 2020 (post COVID 19) and the 31st March 2021, excluding L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa, Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa & Rhinefield House Hotel where vouchers can be redeemed between the 1st of September 2020 and 31st March 2021.
- Vouchers will exclude 24th – 31st December 2020 and 12-14th February 2021 for all hotels
- The Free Overnight Stay Voucher can only be used once
- The Free Overnight Stay Voucher must be presented on arrival at the chosen hotel; photocopies or voucher numbers alone will not be accepted and if misplaced or destroyed vouchers will not be re-issued
- The Free Overnight Stay Voucher may not be used in exchange for any other Hand Picked services
- The Free Overnight Stay Voucher and offer rewards are only available to new members (not annual renewals).
- This offer is not available to returning members who have cancelled a previous Hand Picked Health Club membership in the last 3 months.
- The Free Overnight Stay Voucher’s expiry date cannot be extended

The Free Overnight Stay Voucher must be presented to reception on arrival or you will be charged the full amount of the stay. Bookings are subject to availability and exclude Bank Holidays and festive dates.
