Located on the garden level within St Pierre Park Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, The Pavilion Brasserie offers contemporary food within modern stylish surroundings. With a large terraced area ideally situated adjacent to the children’s play area, the Pavilion is a popular choice with families.

Our Head Chef, Nigel Waylen and his team use local and seasonal produce, as well as fuss-free techniques that let the food speak for itself. The results of this philosophy make The Pavilion a must-visit destination for anyone who appreciates quality dining.
