Our award-winning Pavilion Restaurant holds 1AA Rosette for culinary excellence and takes its inspiration from the abundance of ingredients found on Guernsey and within the waters that surround it. 

Serving modern British food with a contemporary twist, diners can enjoy seasonal dishes that have been prepared to allow natural flavours to shine through. The Pavilion is a fish lover’s paradise, serving favourites such as hand-picked crab, scallops and wild seabass, but the modern menu also offers an array of meat and vegetarian dishes, to suit all tastes.

Light bright and airy, the contemporary space offers views out across the grounds and is perfect for relaxed dining, whether you are enjoying an intimate meal in the evening or celebrating a special occasion as a group. Located on the garden level, the restaurant is an ideal place to enjoy Sunday lunch with the whole family.

Lunch: 12pm – 2pm

Dinner: 6pm – 8.45pm

Afternoon Tea: 2pm – 5pm
