All treatment times include consultation, set up and your chosen treatment. Spa treatments do not include use of facilities unless purchased by hotel residents, members or as part of a spa break/day. Spa experiences are subject to availability and general spa terms & conditions apply. All spa experiences require 100% pre-payment at time of booking. Spa treatments may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the date of your spa treatment – after which a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
