The Dining Room of Seiont Manor Hotel in Caernarfon, Snowdonia creates a special atmosphere in which to enjoy a fine dining experience, mark a special occasion or just for the pleasure of it.

At our Llwyn y Brain restaurant we have selected the finest, and freshest, local produce. In fact, many of our ingredients can be found in the fields surrounding the hotel. To accompany your meal, take your pick from the intriguing wine list – our experienced team will be happy to lend a word of advice. For something a little lighter, head for our lounge and bar or, in the summer, we can arrange a picnic to take with you on your walk. Just remember to close those gates after you.

    • Goat’s cheese brûlée, red wine foam, fig purée (v)

    •  Pan seared salmon, red pepper pearl barley, sweet potato fondant
    • Grey mullet, fennel purée, potato tuile, citrus bulgar wheat
    • Local braised pork bell, hand dived scallops, sage reduction
    • Duck breast, creamed savoy cabbage, smoked smooth potato, chocolate sauce
    • Buttered rosemary gnocchi, tinker bell peppers, ratatouille (v)

    • Pistachio and orange cake, citrus sorbet, orange crisp
