The Brasserie offers guests a less formal dining option, serving a wide selection of contemporary dishes and regular favourites in a stylish environment.

Traditional Scottish fare is given a contemporary twist at The Brasserie, which offers informal dining and hand picked wines in Edinburgh and West Lothian.

Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it is a wonderful place to gather with friends, enjoy an intimate dinner for two or a traditional Sunday lunch with the family. Special menus have also been created just for children.
