Dining at L’Horizon is all about creativity, seasonality and island flair. So, wherever possible, we source our ingredients locally. Our chefs regularly visit the harbour to inspect and select the finest freshly caught seafood before preparing dishes to order and seasoning them with garden-fresh herbs and delicate spices. Our experienced team will of course then be on hand to help select the right wine.
L’Horizon may be a fish lovers’ paradise, but with a wide range of dining options we are confident we can cater for everyone. There is the stylish Grill restaurant, the Atlantic Lounge, for something a little more informal, the Crystal Room for private events and, of course, dining al fresco on the Terrace in the summer. If the sun is shining, our chef can prepare a delectable picnic to take with you on island excursions.
