Our Executive Head Chef Andrew Soddy will take you on a culinary journey, drawing on his own extensive travels to create a distinctive mix of modern British cuisine with subtle Asian influences. 

Tantalise your taste buds and explore mouth-watering dishes such as butternut squash and lentil dhal soup served with a soft poached egg and shredded naan bread, as well as sticky glazed chilli pork belly, butternut squash and soya glazed bok choy with toasted sesame seeds.
