A delightful bay in the north east of the Island

This east facing beach is a delightful bay in the north east of the island, which is rarely crowded because of the lack of nearby parking. The beach enjoys the morning and mid-day sun and is very sheltered from even quite strong westerly winds.

The sand is coarse and wet along most of the beach, with quite an expanse drying out on low spring tides. There are some stony areas close to the sea wall. How to get there: Route 2 to St Catherine.

Local attractions and things to do in the area may not be open all year round and may require pre-booking. Please check the attraction website before visiting to avoid disappointment.
