To connect to our free Wi-Fi, simply open your browser and enter your email address. If you encounter any problems, reception will be happy to help.
Online newspapers and magazines
Enjoy a selection of digital newspapers and magazines as you stay with us. This selection can be accessed via the hotel Wi-Fi by clicking here.
Cleaning
Daily housekeeping service is available upon request only. Please let reception know if you would like this service during your stay by dialling 0 on your telephone, or if you require any additional toiletries, towels or linens.
Towels
As part of our journey to develop more sustainable practices, we now wash your towels every other day. However, if you would like yours changed more frequently, simply pop your towel in the bath so that we know you would like it changed.
Dry cleaning and laundry
Dry cleaning is available on request. Please speak to reception or a member of the team so we can arrange this for you.
Check out time
We ask that you check out by 11.00am. If you would like to leave later, then please ask at reception and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

- Tassili Restaurant: Thursday - Saturday 6pm - 8.30pm
- Elizabeth's Restaurant: Open daily 6pm - 9pm
- Victoria's Restaurant: Open for breakfast only
- The Terrace*: Open May - September only
- The Champagne Lounge: Open from 12pm - late
*Please note that opening hours are seasonal for The Terrace and are subject to change.
Breakfast
You are welcome to have your breakfast either in your room, or in our restaurant. If you have not pre-arranged your preferences and timings, please contact one of the team who can arrange this for you.

Useful Information
Accessibility
Hearing impairment - hearing loops and deafgards (vibrating pillow) are available at reception.
Visual impairment - magnifiers are available at reception, and we would be happy to print menus in a larger font if you require.
Mobility – There is an accessible public bathroom on the ground floor, and we have two bedrooms with accessible bathrooms, please enquire at reception. The use of a clipboard and easy grip pens is available. If you require a wheelchair, we can connect you with an on-island provider. A building map with location of emergency exits can be found on the back of the bedroom door, or obtained from reception.

The Health Club & Spa are open during Monday – Thursday 6.30am – 9.15pm | Friday 6.30am - 8pm | Weekends and bank holidays 7.30am - 8pm. Please click here for a list of spa treatments.
