We are delighted to welcome you to Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa. In the absence of our in-room Guest Directories, below is some information you may find useful during your stay. If there is anything you need, our team will be only too happy to help – please call reception by dialling ‘0’ or speak to one of us during your stay, day or night. 

We’d also like to reassure you that you are In Safe Hands with our new health and safety measures designed for your comfort, wellbeing and to help put your mind at ease.

Your Room

Internet access

To connect to our free Wi-Fi, simply open your browser and enter your email address. If you encounter any problems, reception will be happy to help.

Online newspapers and magazines

Enjoy a selection of digital newspapers and magazines as you stay with us. This selection can be accessed via the hotel Wi-Fi by clicking here.


Daily housekeeping service is available upon request only. Please let reception know if you would like this service during your stay by dialling 0 on your telephone, or if you require any additional toiletries, towels or linens. We will only be able to service your bedroom once you have received a negative COVID-19 test result if travelling from the UK.

We request that all rubbish is left in your room for 72 hours and not placed in the corridors. Should you require any refuse bags, please do let us know and we will be happy to provide this for you.


As part of our journey to develop more sustainable practices, we now wash your towels every other day. However, if you would like yours changed more frequently, simply pop your towel in the bath so that we know you would like it changed.

Dry cleaning and laundry

Dry cleaning is available on request. Please speak to reception or a member of the team so we can arrange this for you.  

Check out time

We ask that you check out by 11.00am. If you would like to leave later, then please ask at reception and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Food and Drink

You will be allocated a socially distanced table solely for your use throughout your stay. In line with our 'In Safe Hands' measures, a selection of reservation times should have been arranged prior to your arrival, but in the event they have not, please contact one of the team.

  • The Terrace*: Open May - September only, 12pm - 9.30pm daily
  • Tassili Restaurant: 6pm - 9pm Tuesday - Saturday
  • Victoria's Restaurant: Breakfast 7am - 10am Monday - Friday | 7.30am - 10.30am Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays | Dinner 6pm - 9.30pm daily
  • The Champagne Lounge: Open daily

*Please note that opening hours are seasonal for The Terrace and are subject to change.


You are welcome to have your breakfast either in your room, or in our restaurant. If you have not pre-arranged your preferences and timings, please contact one of the team who can arrange this for you.

If you’d like to discover the local area, reception can book taxis or chauffeur cars; just let them know your destination and time of departure. 


Useful Information


Hearing impairment - hearing loops and deafgards (vibrating pillow) are available at reception.

Visual impairment - magnifiers are available at reception, and we would be happy to print menus in a larger font if you require.

Mobility – There is an accessible public bathroom on the ground floor, and we have two bedrooms with accessible bathrooms, please enquire at reception. The use of a clipboard and easy grip pens is available. If you require a wheelchair, we can connect you with an on-island provider. A building map with location of emergency exits can be found on the back of the bedroom door, or obtained from reception.

Health Club & Spa

The Health Club is open during Monday – Friday 6.15am – 9pm | Saturday & Sunday 7.15am - 8pm. 45 minute sessions must be booked in advance here.

The Spa is open during Monday – Friday 6.30am - 9.30pm, weekends and bank holidays 7am - 8pm. Please click here for a list of spa treatments.
