Gin and caviar are on the menu for the ultimate in gourmet dining luxury at Tassili at Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa on Thursday 2nd May.

Join us for an exquisite evening on Thursday 2nd May in partnership with Salcombe Gin where you’ll enjoy a fabulous six course feast featuring some stunning gourmet delicacies and showcasing some of the very best caviar, paired with the finest gin.

The delicious dishes include Jersey oysters served with foraging sea vegetables, finger lime and Ebène caviar followed by ‘bonbon’ lobster with fennel, yuzu gel and beluga caviar and best Spring lamb teamed with violet artichoke, oscietra caviar and wild garlic foam.

Salcombe’s gin expert James Le Grys will also be on hand to treat you to a very special gin masterclass.
