The weekend starts with a gastronomic adventure in the fine dining Four AA Rosette restaurant, Tassili. At 7pm, you will get your first taste of Italy with an Aperol Spritz and themed canapés before savouring a unique dining experience with a 6 course tasting menu showcasing the seasonal produce, locally sourced where possible from the lush island landscape and the clean clear waters which surround it. In keeping with the Italian theme, Ednor Pronjaj, Tassili's Italian Restaurant Manager, will personally present five different glasses of Prosecco chosen to perfectly pair with Executive Chef Nicolas Valmagna's menu.
