Enjoy fine, fresh local ingredients prepared with passion and served with charm at our 2 AA Rosette restaurant in East Sussex.

The Dining Room is a welcoming space at the heart of the hotel, serving modern British food and a selection of Hand Picked signature plates, classic grills and best-loved traditional dishes with a contemporary twist. You will also find plenty of regional influences on the menu, such as local Buxted Park venison, Hastings stone bass and Sussex lamb when in season, along with a wide range of Sussex cheeses available year round. Ask our sommelier for recommendations on wines to pair with your food choice, leaving some room for dessert wines or port. 

Every week we serve a traditional three-course Sunday lunch, complete with a selection of tempting desserts – a real crowd pleaser for all the family to enjoy.
