Many private dining rooms offer views of the grounds, have original features such as open fireplaces and are hung with fine paintings. The Channel Island hotels also have their unique proposition. The Jersey hotels of L’Horizon and Grand Jersey both have sea views, with their outdoor terraces providing a fantastic setting for a summer drink. St Pierre Park in Guernsey has some impressive meeting space with the newly refurbished La Fontaine Suite with a capacity of up to 350 for a reception.
