House Party 2009 Terms & Conditions

• The prize consists of an exclusive use event, comprising of champagne reception, gourmet meal, half a bottle of wine per person, accommodation and breakfast. Accommodation consists of 30 bedrooms (maximum capacity of 60 people)
• The house party will be held at a defined property on a date set by Hand Picked Hotels
• In order to enter, bookings must be made for new business worth £1k or more
• Each £1k of business equals one entry (e.g. £5k of business equals five entries)
• Applies to new, confirmed bookings only that are made between now and 31st March 2010
• Bookings must take place between now and 31st March 2010
• Bookings can be made direct to the hotel or via our central reservations conference department on 0845 458 0902.
• To enter the draw, booking details must be submitted to houseparty@handpicked.co.uk or by calling 0845 458 0902 and consist of contact details, date of event, hotel and booking value
• A monthly draw of ten house party places (five entrants and five accompanying  partners) will be drawn between the end of October and the end of March 2010 (six draws and a total of 60 places)
• By accepting the prize, the winners of the house party agree for their name and photograph (if applicable) being used for publicity purposes
• An additional fortnightly prize, consisting of an overnight DBB stay will also be drawn, with every entry submitted during the previous fortnight going into this draw. The redemption of this fortnightly prize is subject to availability and to be taken by the 31ts May 2010. Winners will be informed by telephone and added to a winners list on the Hand Picked website
• The winners of the main prize and the fortnightly prizes agree to pay for any extra expenses not included in the prizes eg beverages and travelling
• The prizes are as stated. There is no cash alternative
