Introductory De-Stress Workshop
Come along and join Rebecca & the Rookery wellness team for a one day de-stress workshop. (6 – 15 people) As part of staff training or simply an informative taster.
Let Rebecca and the team share their tried and tested de-stress tool kit with you. We pledge that you find calm & tranquillity in your world of constant to-do’s, anxiety and clutter! And re-assurance in the creation of an action plan to deal with stress head on!
It is a motivating and informative taster day. Starting with an introduction to stress and understanding how it affects us all - every day – what we say, what we do, what we eat and how we feel!
You will then learn to understand your own personal stress index. After which comes the bit we all should be really interested in:
- Building Resilience
- Effective De-stress action planning.
After a light buffet lunch you can enjoy a taster Spa treatment (choose between a Massage or Facial) as well as having full use of the Health Club & Spa facilities throughout the afternoon.
Put yourself first, give yourself a break and at the same time understand how you can, and indeed why you must, help yourself de-stress.

10:30am – Stress – the signs, symptoms and stages
12:00pm – My Stress Index - Managing Stress & Building Resilience
1pm – Buffet lunch
2pm – My Spa Treatment – Plus Relaxation, Gym or Swim time
This introduction to stress management and the art of wellbeing is an informative and invaluable taster. It is uplifting and very positive and it will leave you feeling well equipped with some great tools to get you started on stress proofing your life!
