Andy Smith - Fitness Manager
Andy has been with the team since we opened in June 2007, working his way up from Senior Fitness Instructor to Fitness Manager.
With 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry following on from achieving his BSc (Hons) in Applied Sports Science, Andy has a real passion for the industry.
Andy is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and is REPs Level 3 certified.
A keen Metafit, Spinning and Bodypump instructor, Andy loves to get in the studio and put the members through their paces.

Alex Hamilton Smith - Fitness Instructor
Alex is a REPs Level 2 Fitness Instructor and LTA Level 2 Tennis Coach. Through his passion for training and fitness Alex has pursued his NVQ Level 3 Personal Training Qualification which he hopes to complete by Summer 2015.
Ian Furlonger - Fitness Instructor
Ian is a newly qualified REPs Level 2 instructor and has been a member of the Fitness Team for the last 12 months. As a previous member of Rookery Hall Health Club, Ian fully understands our ethos from both sides of the table. Ian is a keen cyclist and Spinning Instructor.
Joel Dovey - Fitness Instructor
Joel will be joining the team this Autumn. Joel is a L2 qualified Fitness Instructor and is currently working towards his L3 Personal Training certification.
