Personal Training is the ultimate fitness service. Imagine a trainer all to yourself! Working on a one-to-one basis, your trainer will deliver an energetic, structured and personalised workout to those who wish to gain the most up to date information and expertise in exercise prescription.
We will analyse and record your performance and progress, whilst inspiring and motivating you to achieve your pre-determined goals.

What is included?
Lifestyle and Exercise Analysis:
During your initial consultation, we will discuss your typical daily routine and any exercise that you may already be doing.
By completing a food diary over a given number of days, we will analyse your eating habits and advise you on a nutritional plan that will complement and support your lifestyle and training.
This can include: Weight and Height, Blood Pressure measurement, BMI and Body Stat test, Body Fat %, Body Measurements, Flexibility and Strength testing.
After your fitness assessment, we will talk about your individual goals and time frames, discuss any barriers and set a realistic and structured training programme to help you work towards your goals.
During your one-to-one sessions, we will motivate and guide you through your training programme to help you achieve your goals safely and effectively.
"The 'standard' gym programme allocated to me included a 2 minute run on the treadmill. I am a reasonably fit and healthy 56 year old female, but I found even that short 'run' tough going.
However after a few months I decided to challenge myself and to aim for a 5 minute non stop run. To get the necessary skills to achieve this I enlisted the help of a Personal Trainer (Andy).
In just four 1 to 1 sessions I had gained not only the techniques of running posture, breathing and the all important warm up, but i also gained confidence in my own ability. I am very pleased that I exceeded my goal and am now running for 15 minutes and feel that in time i could do more.
A big 'thank you' to Rookery Gym Team- I would recommend anyone to use a Personal Trainer to help them 'go the extra mile'".
