Wedding Open Evenings

Discover how the hotel will look on the day

At our evening showcases you can expect to see the hotel prepared for a wedding. This will include rooms prepared for a reception, a wedding breakfast and a civil ceremony. You will of course also want to see the luxurious suites we have available for your first night as husband and wife.

Visit the Exclusively Weddings website - will be providing floral decorations for the evening and will available to answer any of your questions

Visit the Light Tree Photography website - will be showcasing their beautiful wedding photography albums and will be available to answer any of your questions

Visit the Michael Judd website - our professional Toastmaster, will also be present to answer any questions

Visit Cookie Creations website - Cliff and Tina will be present to answer any questions concerning Wedding Cakes

At Rhinefield House Hotel we organise open days where the hotel is prepared as it would be for a wedding party.

This is your opportunity to see first hand this fantastic wedding venue as it would be on your wedding day.

We also host wedding fayres which are great days for you to meet all the suppliers who will help to make your wedding a memorable once in a lifetime experience.

Wedding Showcase

View our Hotel as the perfect wedding venue

At our wedding showcase in Hampshire, you will be able to see how the Hotel will be prepared for the perfect wedding day in the New Forest. Many local suppliers will be in attendance, for prospective brides to be to meet. There will also be the opportunity to look around the Hotel yourself and to talk directly to our Weddings team with any queries you may have.

Wedding Fayres

Meet all your wedding suppliers in one day

Here is your opportunity to plan your wedding in a one stop shop. At these fayres you will find everyone from the photographer, wedding dresses, discos to Toastmasters.

Join us between 11am and 4pm on the following dates:

The exhibition is open between 11.00 am and 4.00 pm, free admission and will exhibit stands ranging from Photographers and Entertainment to Florists and Bridal wear.
