The house party promotion consists of one exclusive use house party prize, at a prize value of £12,000 and two further overnight private dining prizes
The grand prize consists of a single event, comprising of drinks reception, gourmet meal, half a bottle of wine per person, accommodation and breakfast. Accommodation consists of 30 bedrooms (maximum capacity of 60 people)
The house party will be held at a defined property on a date set by Hand Picked Hotels and will be on an exclusive use basis where dates permit
Applies to new, enquiries and confirmed bookings that are made before 30 November 2011 and due to be held between 21/09/11 – 29/02/12
All enquires and bookings that meet the above criteria will automatically be entered into the draw
Two further prize draws will take place (one in October and one in November) with a prize consisting of an overnight stay with private dining for 12 people (6 bedrooms) to be taken on dates and hotels identified by Hand Picked Hotels before 29/02/12.
On winning the prize, the winners of the three prizes will agree for their name and photograph (if applicable) being used for publicity purposes
Winners will be informed by telephone and added to a winners list on the Hand Picked website
The winners agree to pay for any extra expenses not included in the prizes eg beverages and travelling
The prizes are as stated. There is no cash alternative
