- Full pre-payment at time of booking, no cancellations, amendments or refunds. Minimum advance purchase of three days may be required.

- Saturday nights may need to form part of a two night stay
- Daily menu dinner may be served in the brasserie of some hotels and not in main restaurant.
- Children 3 and under stay and dine for free. Children 12 & under stay free on a bed & breakfast basis when sharing a room with parents. Meals will be charged with a 50% discount for any item from the menu served as a child's portion. Children 12-16 years will pay £15 for bed & breakfast when sharing a room with parents. Extra beds are not suitable for children over 12 years of age, please enquire..
