Traditional Sunday Lunch in the Cloisters or Gibson restaurants
At Nutfield Priory we offer traditional Sunday lunch served in the grand surroundings of this magnificent country house. Both the Cloisters & Gibson Restaurants create a special atmosphere to enjoy some fine food with family and friends.
Roger Gadsden, The Executive Head Chef has created an ever-changing three-course Sunday Lunch menu based around some of the old favourite traditional dishes with some modern twists.

3 courses is £31.00 per person including coffee and mints
Children aged 4 to 12 dine at half price.
Children under the age of 3 dine complimentary.

Cream of cauliflower and vanilla soup with apple crisps
Rose of smoked salmon with herb creme fraiche and caviar
Pressed game terrine with fruit chutney and walnut bread
Herb rolled goats cheese mousse, pickled walnuts and balsamic reduction
Pan fried bream with beetroot salad, lemon and thyme pannacotta
Main Courses
Sirloin of British beef with Yorkshire pudding and pan gravy
Roast loin of pork, crisp crackling and Apple sauce
Pan roasted breast of chicken, garlic and thyme bread and butter pudding, red wine glaze
Pan fried fillet of sea bass, herb rolled new potatoes and red wine shallot dressing
Roasted aubergine, stuffed with pine nut and red chard risotto, Lancashire poacher and baby cress salad
Desserts
Warm dark chocolate and nut brownie, white chocolate ice cream
Apple gateaux, blueberry compote
Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce and chantilly cream
