Join us for a superb five course meal prepared by our Executive Head Chef and his team. The wines have been carefully selected by our Restaurant Manager together with our Supplier Bibendum Wines.

Fresh strawberry and cherry fruit flavours with discreet citrus finish.


Ballotine of wild duck, air dried cured ham, duck "ham" foie gras mousseline, duck spring roll and piccalilli


Herb rolled goats cheese mousse, carpaccio of beetroot, pickled walnuts and celariac remoulade (v)

Wine ~ Domaine Lafage Cuvee Centenaire, Cotes du Roussilon, France

Intense stone fruit and ripe softness mark this outstanding example of Grenache Blanc from France's most dynamic winemaker.


Seared diver scallop, pea, caviar and soft herbs


Cloisters Presentation of Beef  ~ Rare aged fillet of beef carved over young spinach with gratin Dauphinoise potatoes, baby summer vegetables, cornfed chicken and wild mushroom Wellington, rich Shiraz jus


Deep fried duck egg, pistachio, dried cherry and salsify with creamed smoked French garlic wild mushrooms and parsley palmiers (v)

Juicy, clean and fresh with plummy fruit and succulent chocolate notes.

Our residential package includes your dinner package above plus overnight accommodation in a classic double room (upgrades available at a supplement) followed by full English breakfast the following morning.
