Exercise classes

We run over 50 regular exercise classes each week, which are included within your membership, so you can do as many as you like! taking part in an exercise class is an effective way of:

• Meeting other members
• Taking part in regular exercise
• Varying your exercise and taking a break from the gym
• Having fun! 

There are options for all abilities which vary in intensity - from complete beginnners, to our over 50's classes, we make sure there is something for everyone.

Health Club functions and parties

We know all our members like a party and after all the hard work you do each week we decided to put together some exclusive packages for your next special event:

Includes hire of the Brasserie with a disco from 7.30pm till Midnight. A glass of Champagne for your guests on arrival. Evening Buffet: Open sandwiches, duck and plum spring rolls, homemade sausage rolls, vegetable samosas, filo of king prawns with chilli dip, rosemary roasted potatoes and Chefs dessert platter. PLUS Celebration Cake.	Includes hire of the Brasserie with a disco from 7.30pm till Midnight. A glass of Pimms or Sparkling Wine for your guests on arrival. Evening Buffet: Choose from beef lasagne, vegetable lasagne, salad and garlic bread. OR Chicken curry, vegetable curry, with rice and poppadoms. PLUS Celebration cake.	Includes hire of the Brasserie with a disco from 7.30pm till Midnight. A selection of nuts and crisps. PLUS Celebration cake.
