Join us for our Taste of Australia gourmet evening supported by Bibendum Wines.

Start your evening with Champagne and canapés, followed by an Australian inspired six-course culinary extravaganza, paired with wines to complement the menu and introduced by Bibendum’s wine ambassador.

Villa Saletta Spumante Rose

A dry, lightly structured style, ideal as an aperitif that easily carries through to appetizers.

Carpaccio of English rose beef fillet, aged Parmesan, black truffle and wild salad leaves, red wine sea salt, mustard dressing

Tim Adam's Block Grenache

Fragrant, ripe and perfumed with sweet red berries, cranberry, spice and pot-pourri and sweet dark characters of liquorice and mulberries

Huia Pinot Gris

Rich and rounded with perfumed pear fruit, elusive and enticing aromatic notes

Free range chicken breast stuffed with lobster and lemon myrtle, chive creamed potatoes, French beans and spring onion and tomato vinaigrette

The Spee'wah Houseboat Chardonnay

Grapefruit aromas alongside Asian spices and some classic nuttiness with French oak spice elegance

Raspberry pannacotta, lemon meringue, Brisbane crunch

Crooked Mick Viognier

Fresh peachy varietal characteristics, taut fruit with sweet ripe lychee flavours and a citrus twist on the finish
