Individual monthly membership:

Being a member at our exclusive health club costs less than you might think. We don't force you into a 12 month contract like many clubs but our minimum commitment is three months - which also happens to be a really great trial period after which we are confident you will have already seen the fitness and lifestyle gains we promise.

We offer Full Access membership (peak) and Off-peak membership (Mon to Fri from 0900 to 1600)

Personal training programmes

In addition to the three month programme, enthusiastic members may also take on a personal trainer who will take your through a selection of specific one to one session to help with a range of fitness and health challenges. So where you are looking for weight management or sport specific training we can help you achieve your best.
