A selection of training programmes and group exercise classes are available to help you take your fitness to the next level.

We have a highly qualified and friendly team of fitness instructors on hand to help you take your fitness to the next level. From individual training programmes and motivation to group exercise classes with restricted numbers to ensure personal attention our instructors are on hand to help you get the most from your Health Club membership.

Aqua

Aqua is based in the pool and is a fantastic all over toning and cardio class in water. Good for all ages.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga and a great way to develop strength and flexibility.

Body Balance

Body Balance combines the best of eastern disciplines, like Yoga and Tai Chi, with popular new methods such as Pilates.

Body Combat

Body Combat is a mixed martial arts aerobics class and combines disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo and Muay Thai. This class burns a total of 600 calories for superior cardio fitness.

Body Pump

Body Pump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.

Boxing Fitness

Boxing Fitness gives you the chance to train like a fighter and hit the pads – ideal for relieving stress!

Legs, Bums & Tums

Legs, Bums & Tums is a low impact toning class targeting those areas using a range of equipment including free weights, swiss balls & dyna bands.

Pilates

Pilates is a class that seeks to increase strength, flexibility and control of the body. We have different levels for all.

Running Club

Running is the perfect class for all levels who just want to improve fitness or are training for a race. This class will be outside so please bring appropriate clothing.

Spin

Spin is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music and burn over 500 calories per class.

Spin & Abs

Spin & Abs is a great class to enjoy spin as well as working on your abs!
