Dual treatment rooms

Our dual treatment therapy room is where you and a loved one will both share in the experience in elements of warmth, candlelight, soothing music and delicate fragrances that conspire to create a sensual tranquillity. Our experienced therapists will relax and refresh you and it is the perfect place to treat yourself, friends or family to that relaxing treat you deserve.

Our experienced therapists will help you escape, rejuvenate and harmonise body and soul, to cleanse you of everyday stresses and strains while enjoying the company of a loved one and sharing in this pampering experience. The dual treatment room is also ideal for pamper parties and hen parties and with a range of treatments we can do - why not let us pamper you?

Complement treatments with jacuzzi and light exercise

During your time on the Spa you will enjoy full use of the facilities including our swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Adult only times are in place (12.30pm-2pm & 7pm-close) to ensure a peaceful atmosphere. Furthermore, spa guests may take full advantage of the full Health Club facilities available including any exercise classes on offer.

Healthy eating

A range of refreshments and healthy dining options are available from our Spa Brasserie. Alternatively guests may take a stroll down to The Atlantic lounge and enjoy anything from our lounge menu.
