Ettington Parks Hotel’s food and beverage offering reinforces the very best of Hand Picked food, wine and service driven by a desire to do things differently, provide home from home and seasonal food and recognise guest preference.

Our award winning Chef and his team have developed a range of lunch menu options for you to choose from depending on the meetings package you have selected:

1. CLASSIC PACKAGE

Lunch option 1: Working Lunch
Lunch option 2: Cold and Hot Buffet in the Oak Room Restaurant
Lunch option 3: Two-Course Plated Lunch
Lunch option 4: Hot Deli Sandwich - £5 supplement per delegate applies
*For larger groups, option 4 includes a chef to carve the meat.

2. EXECUTIVE PACKAGE

Both packages include arrival tea and coffee with biscuits and mid-morning and afternoon tea and coffee breaks with sweet, savoury and healthy options and a seasonal fruit bowl in each meeting room.

Lunch Option 1

Working Lunch
This option offers you a light lunch which is easy to eat and literally can be eaten standing if your delegates feel they need to stretch their legs after a long morning session. The working lunch can be served in your meeting room, in an adjacent area, or even outside (weather permitting) to allow your delegates some time away from the meeting room.

Lunch Option 2

Cold and Hot Buffet in The Oak Room Restaurant
This option offers more traditional ‘home style’ food with light salads, cold meats and smoked fish to start followed by optional hot dishes and dessert.

Lunch Option 3

Two-course Plated Lunch
For those wanting a restaurant style meal, this option offers you a two-course sit down lunch. If you prefer to start with the main course and finish with dessert, this can be arranged. Don’t worry; we will work within your time requirements and ensure a prompt lunch service to allow you to get back to your meeting on time.

Lunch Option 4

(Supplement of £5 applies)

Hot Deli Sandwich – minimum of 15 delegates.
This interactive and energising option offers delegates ‘thought food’ and the opportunity to create their own hot sandwich with their chosen accompaniments e.g. with or without butter, mayonnaise or even bread!
For larger groups a chef will be present to carve and serve the meat.

Tea and Coffee Breaks

Our mid-morning and afternoon tea and coffee breaks will always consist of a sweet, savoury and healthy option unless you tell us of any special requirements.

Arrival tea and coffee will be served with biscuits. Additional food items can be ordered ready for the arrival of your delegates for an extra charge. Please select from the list below, prices quoted per delegate:
