The Seasonal Exclusive Use experience includes
Exclusive Use:
- Exclusive use of Crathorne Hall from 1pm on the day of your wedding until 11am the next morning
Ceremony:
- Red carpet arrival.
- Civil Ceremony room hire is complimentary with exclusive use
Drinks Reception:
- Seasonal reception drink of Bucks Fizz, Pimms or Mulled Wine, one glass per person
Wedding Breakfast:
- Set seasonal three-course wedding breakfast plus coffee & petit fours
- Half a bottle of wine per person.
- One glass of sparkling wine to toast the wedding couple.
- Services of our toastmaster.
- Cake knife & stand.
- White table linen.
Evening Reception:
- Seasonal evening buffet of either:-
Bacon sandwiches, sausage sandwiches and potato wedges
or
BBQ of local sausage hot dogs, Hamburgers and chefs selection of salads
** Availability of buffet is seasonal and weather dependant
Accommodation:
- Your exclusive use experience includes 20 bedrooms. Additional bedrooms may be booked in addition to the 20 inclusive rooms if requried.
If you would prefer your guests to pay for their own accommodation this can also be arranged.
If so, we will take full pre-payment from your guests at the applicable wedding rate at the time of booking, then at 4 weeks prior to your wedding when the final balance is due any bedrooms booked at this stage will be taken off your package price.
For example, based on the 2013 seasonal exclusive use experience on a Friday, the wedding bed and breakfast rate is £115 per room, so therefore using all 19 inclusive bedrooms in addition to the bridal suite would equate to a reduction on your package of £2,185.
