The Leven Restaurant

Originally the dining room of what was once a private stately residence, The Leven Restaurant in North Yorkshire retains a wealth of period charm and elegance, including its high ceilings and original sash windows.

The menu at The Leven is characterised by modern British dining, offering the best of the season with plenty of local influences. Dishes change regularly, although diners can expect to find wood pigeon from the Yorkshire Dales, Pork from Bishop Auckland, Yorkshire ham and cheeses from Harrogate.

Classic dishes can be found in a selection of ‘Hand Picked Favourites’ from aged ribeye steak to traditional fish and chips with buttered peas and tartare sauce. Classic or contemporary, all dishes are created with flair and passion and served with a warm welcome by our team.

To complement the menu, we have an extensive wine list and our team will happily recommend wines to pair with your food. Sit back, relax and enjoy.
