Gourmet evening at Chilston Park

Chilston Park will be running a ‘created in Italian, sourced in England’ themed Gourmet Night. Prosecco & Antipasti Canapés will be followed by a 5 course tasting menu drawing its inspiration from Italian dishes, prepared by our 2AA Rosette Chef’s using the finest British ingredients. The perfectly balanced wines which will be served with each course come from some of Italy’s finest wine growing regions and producers.

Arrive at 7.00pm for a glass of  Prosecco and Canapés, sit down for a sumptuous five course meal with wines to match each course. The evening will be set in one of our feature Private Dining rooms, on a large oval ended table set for a grand banquet.

During the evening, our wine experts will guide us through the wine pairings and share some individual facts on each wine, grower and history of each vineyard.
